Singer switches to Parlophone 
The Changing Lights, the title track of which Stacey Kent performed in London during the final round of concerts touring Dreamer In Concert last autumn, has now been confirmed for a 16 September UK release,
Parlophone Label Group France has confirmed. The song, written for her by the longstanding songwriting partnership of novelist Kazuo Ishiguro and the singer’s husband, saxophonist Jim Tomlinson, Kent performed to a receptive Ronnie Scott’s audience during the singer’s most recent residency at the Soho club where the New Jersey-born singer returns for a short residency following release. Other tracks on The Changing Lights include ‘This Happy Madness’, ‘One Note Samba’, ‘How Insensitive’, and new Tomlinson/Ishiguro songs ‘Waiter, Oh Waiter’, and ‘The Summer We Crossed Europe in the Rain.’
