Last experienced at a tremendous club gig following the release of Jazz Talks, Vein return this spring to tour their new record The Chamber Music Effect. Well stocked with originals, ear-to-ear in the label artwork, the writing duties are shared around the band, Michael Arbenz the pianist just pipping his twin drummer brother Florian with four compositions to his three while Lähns writes the penultimate ‘Pastorale.’ Dates include West Yorkshire and Essex club dates in late-April/early May, and then a special sounding Pizza Express Jazz Club night in London on 22 May when they are reunited with MBASE legend Greg Osby.
