The Improvised Music Company mark 25 years of championing jazz and beyond with an evening of music in Dublin.

The Irish promoter and producer, directed by Kenneth Killeen, who in recent years succeeded Gerry Godley (now running the Leeds College of Music), will be presenting a celebratory evening in the Lower Leeson Street venue the Sugar Club.

IMC is backed by the Arts Council of Ireland / An Chomhairle Ealaíon and curate 12 Points, which this year took place in San Sebastián, and the barrier-busting Dublin festival Down With Jazz, among its range of activities.

CEO Experiment, the Niwel Tsumbu trio, Insufficient Funs, SuperUmbra, Mixtapes From the Underground, and DJs Billy O’Hanluain and Keith Fennell all appear.

The gig is on 26 November. A sample of what is musically in prospect is above. Venue: tickets
