Friday sees the Jazzeys debut of singer Fiona Scott Trotter.

The jazz singer who has been a regular at Belfast jazz club Berts in recent years will be playing the Enniskillen restaurant/bar-venue in the latest running of the Darling Street boîte’s regular jazz night. The line-up of Trotter’s band is unconfirmed so far although it’s likely to include the singer’s father, Clipper Carlton showband and Derry jazz legend pianist/trombonist John Trotter, and on the drums up-and-coming doyenne of Belfast’s Albany jamming scene the rising star Rebecca Montgomery. More details of the gig can be found on Jazzeys Facebook page.
