Drummer Dallas Taylor, best known for his work with Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, has died at the age of 66. Taylor’s wife Patti confirmed the news.

Taylor joined Crosby, Stills & Nash in 1969 and appeared on their self-titled album in 1969 as well as Déjà vu when Neil Young joined to create CSN&Y. Before that the drummer played in the band Clear Light. In more recent decades Taylor worked as a drugs counsellor in Los Angeles. With Van Morrison he appeared at the Montreux Jazz Festival in 1974, where he can be seen above on ‘Street Choir.’ RIP
