Led by Cassandra Wilson 2015 promises to be a big year for Billie Holiday revivalists. 7 April 2015 marks the centenary of the birth of Billie Holiday, and Wilson’s homage to Lady Day, Coming Forth By Day, will be issued by Legacy in the spring to coincide.

Also due in the spring is a new musical biography of Lady Day by acclaimed Sun Ra biographer John Szwed.
