Lisburn-based singer Dana Masters is to record a live album next month, The Basement Sessions, returning to Belfast pub McHughs where she has been a regular performer in recent years since coming to live in Northern Ireland from the US six years ago. The recording is on 3 and 4 December.

Before that Masters returns to Derry with her Masters of Jazz band featuring trumpeter Linley Hamilton, pianist Johnny Taylor, bassist Damian Evans, and drummer Steve Davis. Playing the Playhouse on 29 November tickets are available via the theatre’s website and box office.
