Coming towards the end of this year’s BBC Proms season Radio 3 tonight broadcasts premieres of a Chris Brubeck arrangement of his late father Dave Brubeck’s ‘Blue Rondo a la Turk’ as well as Brubeck fils’ own piece ‘Travels in Time for Three’, performed by the BBC Concert Orchestra, conducted by Keith Lockhart.
