The organisers of the Mostly Jazz Funk and Soul festival in Birmingham have moved quickly to instal new headliner The Family Stone for the festival's climax tonight. Tim Owens, lead Singer of the Earth Wind & Fire Experience featuring Al McKay who were to headline the festival tonight has lost his voice so Earth Wind & Fire Experience have been forced to cancel all remaining UK tour dates.
