A new book by Herbie Hancock, Possibilities will be released this autumn, Hancock’s publisher has announced. To be issued by Viking on 28 October in the States it’s the great pianist’s memoirs and has been co-written with music writer Lisa Dickey. The title of the book, Possibilities, draws to mind Hancock’s vocals-heavy 2005 album of the same name.
