You'll have to jump on a plane to Stavanger to hear the latest pianist, Helge Lien, to appear with EST Symphony when the Maijazz Festival comes around. There's still no UK gig on the cards (who realistically could fill Esbjörn's shoes here, answers on a postcard, even though there's a big choice of orchestras with the BBC Concert Orchestra top of the list). Concerts have, though, been confirmed, according to EST management, in 2014 for Hamburg (with Iiro Rantala once more the pianist on the EST symphony roster) and in Vienna the following year at the Musikverein, the latter hardly a pub gig.
